Please see the instructions below explaining how to take card payments over the phone via our Ghost System.

  1. Take Booking Details
  2. Press F10 within the booking and the box will open
  3. Take an email address
  4. Click the + sign to add a card
  5. Fill out a simple form with card and address details including the CV2 number on the back of the card
  6. Check the payment button and click ok and payment will be authorised on the screen
  7. All Quick and Simple.  There is a video that has been sent out on Whats app also
