No mask, no ride
We have placed this rule on our drivers and passengers to help protect the health and safety of everyone. If you are riding with 247 cars and your driver arrives without a mask, you can simply cancel your ride and lodge a complaint. Similarly, if a rider is not wearing a mask then the driver also has the right to cancel the ride.
Note: Children under the age of 7 and individuals who rely on lip-reading to communicate are exempted from this rule.
