  • How do I make a booking?

You can make bookings using our Mobile App, on our website or simply give us a call on 01902 247 247.

  • Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

This depends on the airport you are traveling to, so be sure to check your email confirmation or SMS for your specific pick-up point.

  • How will I know my car is on the way? (registration plate, no etc, model)

Shortly before the journey time, we will send you an SMS with the driver’s details including the make and model of the car and the driver’s contact number. You will then be able to track your driver’s estimated time of arrival.

  • What times are your courier services available?

Our courier services are available for 24 hours a day and you can book our services from just a single call at 01902 247 247.

  • I’ve lost something in one of your cars. How do I get it back?

If you think you’ve lost an item in one of our vehicles, you can select any option for your recovery.

  2. Text us at 07400- 249 213 with your booking details.

A member of the team will be in touch to provide an update. You can also contact the driver shortly after the booking to attempt to arrange to collect the item where possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
If your driver has been on the way to you when you cancel the booking or after booking you want to cancel your booking; call us at 01902 247 247 to cancel your booking. we won’t charge you cancellation fee.

  • How much luggage can I take with me in car?

This is all dependent on the size of the car and how many passengers are travelling. Find out more about the car details.

  • How do I get a receipt?
